Below is a quick 1-minute timelapse video I edited to illustrate the creative process behind this recent shoot. Concept shooting generally involves a great deal of mental preparation. For this shoot, however, I had only an hour or so beforehand to come up with a concept. The shot I decided on was achieved by instructing PBR’s staff of nine to move around to different areas of the venue for each shot. They changed or altered their outfits throughout the shoot to help with the illusion. If you do a head count in the final image below, you’ll find there are twenty-five of them.
